Brickify ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, and disclosed when you use the Brickify mobile application (the "App").

By using Brickify, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect
   We may collect information that you choose to provide when using the App, including optional account information if you choose to sign in using Sign in with Apple, images you choose to scan or upload, and information you provide when contacting us for support or feedback. Creating an account is not required to use Brickify’s core features. We may also automatically collect device information such as device type, operating system, app version, anonymous usage data, crash reports, performance metrics, and subscription or purchase status through Apple’s App Store. Brickify requires access to your camera and or photo library only to scan LEGO items. Images are processed to identify LEGO sets, minifigures, or parts and are not used for advertising or sold for marketing purposes.

2. How We Use Information
   We use collected information to provide and improve Brickify’s scanning and identification features, display item details such as names, images, and market pricing, manage subscriptions and premium features, monitor app performance, prevent abuse, and respond to support requests. We do not use your information for targeted advertising.

3. Third Party Services
   Brickify may use third party services to provide core functionality, including Apple App Store and StoreKit for subscriptions and payments, analytics and crash reporting tools, and third party LEGO data and pricing services. These services only receive the minimum data necessary to perform their functions and are governed by their own privacy policies.

4. Data Sharing
   We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information when required by law, to comply with legal processes, to protect the rights, safety, or security of Brickify or its users, or with service providers who perform services on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.

5. Data Retention
   We retain information only for as long as necessary to provide the App’s services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion of associated account data at any time.

6. Children’s Privacy
   Brickify is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. Your Rights
   Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information and to withdraw consent where applicable. Requests can be made by contacting us using the information below.

8. Security
   We take reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure.

   We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this policy.
