Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using the Brickify mobile application (the “App”) operated by Brickify LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”).

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Brickify, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 16 years of age

  • You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms

  • If you are under 18, you have obtained parental or guardian consent

2. Description of Service

Brickify is a mobile application that provides tools for:

  • Scanning and identifying LEGO® sets, minifigures, and related products

  • Cataloging and managing collections

  • Tracking estimated market values

  • Leaderboards, community features, and related functionality

Features may change, evolve, or be discontinued at any time.

3. No Affiliation with the LEGO Group

Brickify is an independent, third-party application.

Brickify LLC is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, supported by, or associated with the LEGO Group, LEGO Systems, Inc., or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates.

  • LEGO®, the LEGO logo, Minifigure, Brick and Knob configurations, and all LEGO trademarks are the property of the LEGO Group

  • Any LEGO references are used solely for identification and informational purposes

  • Any LEGO-related data, imagery, or pricing shown in the App is sourced from publicly available third-party data and is not verified or endorsed by the LEGO Group

4. Account Registration

Some features require account creation.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information

  • Keep your account information up to date

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials

  • Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at any time, for any reason, without prior notice or liability.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Brickify offers free features and paid subscription features (“Brickify Pro”).

Subscription Terms

  • Subscriptions are billed through Apple’s App Store

  • Payment terms are presented at purchase

  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period

  • Renewal charges occur within 24 hours prior to the renewal date

  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle

Refunds

You may restore purchases using the Restore Purchases feature.

6. Price and Value Estimates

All pricing, value estimates, and market data are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only.

  • Estimates are based on third-party and publicly available data

  • Values may be inaccurate, delayed, incomplete, or outdated

  • We make no guarantees regarding accuracy or reliability

  • Brickify is not a financial advisor, appraiser, or valuation service

Do not rely on Brickify data for purchasing, selling, insurance, or investment decisions.
Brickify LLC is not liable for decisions or losses based on App data.

7. Scanning and Identification

Brickify uses image recognition and machine learning.

  • Scan results are not guaranteed to be accurate

  • Misidentifications, errors, or incomplete results may occur

  • You are solely responsible for verifying scan results

8. User Content and Conduct

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting content, you grant Brickify a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use it solely to operate and improve the App.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the App unlawfully

  • Interfere with App infrastructure or security

  • Attempt unauthorized access

  • Use bots, scrapers, or automation

  • Upload false, misleading, or harmful content

  • Impersonate others

  • Harass or abuse users

  • Reverse engineer or copy the App

  • Use the App to compete with or replicate Brickify

9. Intellectual Property

All App content, including:

  • Code

  • Design

  • Logos

  • Features

  • Graphics

is owned by Brickify LLC and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App without written consent.

Any feedback you provide may be used without compensation.

10. Third-Party Services

The App may rely on third-party APIs or services.

We are not responsible for third-party availability, accuracy, or reliability.
Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms.

11. Privacy

Your use of Brickify is governed by our Privacy Policy:

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.”

We disclaim all warranties, including:

  • Merchantability

  • Fitness for a particular purpose

  • Non-infringement

  • Accuracy or reliability of content

  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brickify LLC shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Lost profits or data

  • Third-party actions

  • Decisions made based on App information

Total liability shall not exceed the greater of:

  • Amount paid in the last 12 months, or

  • $50 USD

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Brickify LLC from any claims arising from:

  • Your use of the App

  • Violation of these Terms

  • Violation of third-party rights

  • Content you submit

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time.

Upon termination, your right to use the App immediately ends.
Certain provisions survive termination.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically.
Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of updates.

17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • Governed by U.S. law and the laws of the State of Florida

  • Disputes resolved by binding arbitration

  • No jury trials or class actions permitted

18. Severability

If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement.
